In Store Purchase
Items* purchased in person (where you can see, feel and touch the merchandise) can only be returned for exchange or store credit. Exchanges are allowed within 30 days of purchase. Items must be in original condition (unused, unworn, unwashed, with tags still intact), and accompanied by a receipt. Our staff is ready to help you with your next purchase and your credit never expires!
Online Purchase
Returns or exchanges of items* must be made within 30 days of shipment received. A 15% restocking fee will apply. Items must be in their original condition (unused, unworn, unwashed, with tags still intact) and must be in their original packaging. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. You must call 773-728-5344 to obtain your Return Authorization Number (RA#). RA# must be written on outside of package. We will not accept any returned items without an RA#. Price differences and shipping charges will apply. Include return form (located on the back of your receipt) inside the package and mail back using the carrier of your choice. We recommend that you use a service that provides tracking information, as we cannot be held responsible for lost packages.
