Available Shipping Method

Our default shipping method is USPS Priority Mail* (Usually 2-7 Business Days*) - Orders shipped via this method are packaged in a sturdy box and delivered by a mail carrier. Tracking information may or may not be available for these orders. *Business days are considered to be M-F. The first day of shipping would be the first business day after the order has shipped.

Processing Time

Generally, orders placed Monday through Thursday (excluding US Holidays) before 12 noon PST (3PM EST) M-TH will be processed and shipped within 24 hours if the item is in stock. Orders placed on Friday afternoon, Saturday or Sunday will generally ship Monday afternoon. Please let us know if you would like to be contacted about the ship date of your order.

Backorders

Chicago Dance Supply will make every effort to ship orders complete. We will contact you in the case that one of your items is not immediately available. Items that are not immediately available will be placed on backorder. Your credit card will not be charged for that item until it ships. Depending on vendor availability, in general, you will receive your order within 2-6 weeks. You will be notified if your backorder has been canceled for any reason.

Special/Custom Orders

Special and Custom Orders may require a manufacture time of up to 6 weeks.
